Hatboro Horsham teachers are inviting district parents to a gathering Monday night to present their side in the current contract dispute. The Hatboro Horsham Education Association will host a townhall style gathering at the Horsham Township Library Monday at 7pm.  The teachers plan to outline what they believe are the roadblocks to getting a new contract in place.  The teachers have been working without an agreement since the summer of last year.
