The Norristown Area School Board has approved a number of change orders that increase the cost of a high school expansion project by more than $600,000. The largest item, at more than $300,000, is for auditorium seats.  The total cost of the nine-room, three-story addition is now more than $3.6 million.  It should open in September of next year.
