The blogging high school english teacher is suing the Central Bucks School District for allegedly violating her first amendment right of free speech.   The legal action comes as the Central Bucks School Board this Tuesday is expected to terminate the employment of Natalie Munroe at C-B East High School for lambasting her students online.   The lawsuit claims Munroe received excellent performance reviews from district administrators before the blog was discovered.
