A teenager was struck and killed Monday night while crossing High Street at Sunnyside Avenue in Lower Pottsgrove Township.

The victim is identified as 16-year-old Pottsgrove High School junior Tim Paciello.

He was struck shortly before 9:00pm in a center left turn lane.  Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman says the driver, a 43-year-old Collegeville woman, is cooperating with investigators.

Grief counseling has been made available for Pottsgrove High School students.
