Old Souderton High School Sold

The Souderton Area School District has a deal on its old high school.   Lansdale based developer Turnersville Estates is buying the 44-acre property in Souderton Borough and Hilltown Township for almost $7,000,000.   Townhouses and retail development are in the works for the old high school property.
