Students in need of a meal have the opportunity for breakfast or lunch during the school year.
Pam Gallagher, Coordinator of School Nutrition Services for the North Penn School District says, a meal is also available during the summer through the Summer Food Service Program.
“It’S a Federally funded, state administered program. Anyone 18 and under can visit any of the 20 locations to get breakfast or lunch and it’s free of charge.”
Gallagher was a guest on WNPV’s AM Edition Tuesday morning. For locations where a child 18 and under can get a meal, visit MANNAPA.ORG
