Race Bias Found At Valley Club

State investigators have found that a private Montgomery County swim club practiced racial discrimination in June, when Creative Steps Day Camp of Philadelphia took about 60 African American and Latino children, from kindergarten through seventh grade, to the Valley Club in Huntingdon Valley.
